What people say about us

¡Hola! Mexico Latte Alexandria
Your good morning burrito was the most delicious thing I’ve had in a long time. Fresh ingredients, customisable to omit the chorizo if you’re so inclined, cooked perfectly with gorgeous runny yolk and perfect avocado and bacon in a corn tortilla.

Hubby had the divorced eggs but I’m sure there’s no hidden message in that!

Tasty food and prompt service, the divorced eggs remind me of my childhood in Mexico 👏🏼✨ We will be back soon to try more dishes!
– Laila Garnez

These dishes reminded me of the original flavour and taste from home (Mexico). This is now one of my top cafes to have brekky at in Sydney. Coffee is awesome, Chillaquiles and Divorced eggs are a Must Try!. Blue Chai Latte is smooth and unique, first time trying it!
This is a Legit Mexican Cook!

What goes into our food

Sourcing everything fresh with utmost care

Vegetables and fruits

We are using vegetables from local family farms and small producers because they understand our vision to give the best to others always.

Bakery

We work with an excellent group of bakers that deliver fresh and tasty bread every day. This results in delicious products for our customers all the time.

Tortillas

We understand that our customers need a closer experience with traditional Mexican food, for that reason our tortillas are produced with delicious Australian corn, using the inherited millennial Aztec method to get some awesome tacos and quesadillas.

Meats

Our meat is brought from a company with 52 years of history, with two generations managing the same business. We will be happy to reach that point someday.

Dairy

Our milk is collected fresh every day by local producers through a co-operative founded in 1895. We support local producers because “together we are stronger”.

Dry-Store

We rely on two of the largest dry-goods grocery distributors, which allows us to obtain the highest quality products at an affordable price.
