Ingredients you will need:
- 1 Fresh mango (frozen one will do the trick as well)
- 1 Sliced onion
- 1 Garlic glove
- 1 tbs Chipotle chili
- 2 tbs Sugar or any other sweetener
- 2 tbs White vinegar or the one you like the most
- 40 ml Water
- Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper

Step 1:
Use a bit of olive oil to fry the garlic, onion, the Chipotle chili for about 3 minutes. Then add the mango and cook for another minute.
Step 2:
Pour all the ingredients into the blender and mix well. A pinch of salt and pepper will enhance the flavor.
Step 3:
Strain the sauce and serve it warm.
You can enjoy it with pork, chicken or fish, either in a salad or in delicious tacos!
