Mango Hot Sauce: Flavoursome in just 3 steps

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 Fresh mango (frozen one will do the trick as well)
  • 1 Sliced onion
  • 1 Garlic glove
  • 1 tbs Chipotle chili
  • 2 tbs Sugar or any other sweetener
  • 2 tbs White vinegar or the one you like the most
  • 40 ml Water
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Step 1:
Use a bit of olive oil to fry the garlic, onion, the Chipotle chili for about 3 minutes. Then add the mango and cook for another minute.

Step 2:
Pour all the ingredients into the blender and mix well. A pinch of salt and pepper will enhance the flavor.

Step 3:
Strain the sauce and serve it warm.

You can enjoy it with pork, chicken or fish, either in a salad or in delicious tacos!
