Ingredients you will need:
1 Fresh mango (frozen one will do the trick as well)
1 Sliced onion
1 Garlic glove
1 tbs Chipotle chili
2 tbs Sugar or any other sweetener
2 tbs White vinegar or the one you like the most
40 ml Water
Salt and Pepper
Use a bit of olive oil to fry the garlic, onion, the Chipotle chili for about 3 minutes. Then add the mango and cook for another minute.
Pour all the ingredients into the blender and mix well. A pinch of salt and pepper will enhance the flavor.
Strain the sauce and serve it warm.
You can enjoy it with pork, chicken or fish, either in a salad or in delicious tacos!
